Not only did I live in these aparments last year, I am from Spokane originaly and can tell you this is the best place to rent in the area!

You can easily tell that the apartments were but with quality products. The washer and dryer, dishwasher and air conditioner were all easy to use and worked very well. We didn't notice a large change in the electric bill over the winter, which is really nice for Spokane weather.

Working from home we were in the area at all times of day. It was almost always quiet. The only real problems were from the houses on the next street, they were not bound by the quiet hour rules and could get quite loud.

The people in the area living near us were very nice and would always approach us first with any issue. Also the management, although a bit quick tun-over wise, was nice and friendly and very helpful whenever we needed anything.

I highly recommend living here. Worth the cost.
