I looked at these places when they were still under construction three years ago, and only just moved in.

The Adirondacks are definatley pricey (with the exception of the Artisan down the street--I call them the Silver Spoon apartments) at $665 to start.

However, the apartments themselves are really nice. The appliances are all new, the building have lots of nice windows, and if you live on the second floor, you have vaulted ceilings which make the space feel bigger.

Also the grounds are well-maintained and having an indoor garage is important especially in the winter time. The 'club house' has a conference room, a nice lounge which you can rent for parties, and a computer room. The pool is great too--and I never see it used often.

There are lots of students living here too, which is nice if you're new to the area and want to meet other single young people.
