I've been at the Adirondack Lodge for 2yrs. This is probably the best apartment complex I ve ever been. I have a bottom floor attached walk through garage, nice during the winter months or raining days. Service is good, I've called for a few things in the past, one recent event was the water heater, which was fixed in reasonable time.

Customer service is not so nice, you can try and negotiate but, the next thing the apt manager would say is "corporate office this... corporate office that..." quite annoying and helpless, these apt managers will not deal, promise or even consider. They re restricted to their limited way of business with the Adirondack company. I find them to be easily replaced by robots and computers, they are antisocial and unfriendly.

Over all the Apt is pricey but superb, you pay for what you get. Great neighborhood, no threat of being mugged around here. Convenient stores nearby, your living in the city of Spokane yet it s more like a suburb.

I've just released for 24 more months, here is the their offer:

Month by Month: $100 per month unit rent
12-15 Months: Free carpet cleaning
17-24 Months: $100- off every month for the first 6 months ($600 discount)

Well not such a great deal but a really great Apartment floor plan and convenience living in Spokane City.
