My wife has lived at Autumn Ridge apartments for over 5 years and I,for 2 years. In that time we have experienced a secure and for the most part quiet housing. The staff at Autumn Ridge has always been courteous, helpful, friendly and very quick to address any situation that might arise whether it be a mechanical failure or a disturbance. The apartments are comfortable, bright, roomy and cost affordable. The grounds and property are always kept extremely nice as well as winter snow removal from roads and sidewalks. The staff members are hard working individuals with a dedication to providing a wonderful living enviroment. Our reason for leaving is only that we have purchased a new home. Upon leaving Autumn Ridge we recieved a full refund on our deposit, simply by following their rules and guidlines on cleaning prior to vacating the property. We highly recommend leasing an apartment at Autumn Ridge. The only feedback for improvements would be that parking issues need to be addressed more stringently. Curtis and Carrie
