ok now i have lived here for almost two years. maintenence is slow and they dont actually fix anything. they were supposed to fix my dryer and didnt so months later they gave me a new one. they put in a new dishwasher that sucked and the old one wasnt broken. they came to fix my toilet and never did. it always overflowed the whole time. so i have now moved into a bottom floor apartment. The toilet was broken so i turned in a report. the maintenence guy came and looked at it and said he needed a part and would be back that afternoon and never came back. Also, dont move in here based on the pool. it is barely ever open. they sent out letters saying it would be closed on mondays for cleaning. so far its been closed since sunday and its tuesday and still locked. they also didnt open it for summer until june 20th. they will probably close it down in july given the fact that they dont open it very often anyways. oh and they raise the rent every six months. im sick of this place. WELL.....heres an update. Shortly after I moved into the new apartment they sent me a letter saying they were keeping my $600 dollar deposit and charging me for carpet cleaning. I paid that deposit plus a $300 cleaning deposit non refundable when I moved in there. Dawn said that she didnt have a reciept for that so i still owed it even though I brought the original document in that said I paid it. I moved out in August of 2008. I tried to give notice but they wouldnt take it. hopefully they didnt charge me a bunch of money and send me to collections. I dont know yet. I wouldnt recommend moving there now. the management is unbelievable.
