When I first moved in over a year ago it was great!!!! The apartments are huge, well kept and affordable. I had just moved out of a "high end crap hole" to put it mildly. The Managers at Autumn Ridge were plesent and fun and if you ever had an problems or questions they were more than ready to help. Recently they let go of the good manager and now a complete b&*$% is runnning the show. I can guarantee I wont be staying there much longer, lets pray my home loan goes through soon!

PS...Miss you Trina, you were great to all of us!

Well the new management can't be as bad as the old! The old were two sisters who were complete sets of b&*$%es. They didn't treat people with respect and they were lazy and didn't get anything done. I think that Autumn Ridge will become a much better place now that there is a new crew on board.

Trina and her sister were great if you liked getting your car towed even with a parking pass in it. Also, if you like your apartment catching on fire, an electrical arc in the wall, told it was your fault that you had the heat on, it was the end of November, then the fire was not repaired to code, the heater was on all the time on HIGH. You could not control the heat unless you shut it off with the circuit breaker, this is the lie I loved the most, the heater automatically turns on when it gets cold outside. BS Immy! It is base board heater, you have to turn it on manually. The old managers were also great if you liked having your guest calle B*tches and threaten to be towed. By guests I mean my 50 year old mother in law the goes to chruch ever week and doesn't even watch tv. Fine way to treat your tenent. And beyond that nothing ever got fixed. Toliets are nice to have. Not there peoblem they have a toliet they can use. So, enjoy Autumn Ridge and the nightmare you are almost certian to have renting there!
