This lease expires on the sixth month, the management forged the move in sheet for property damage. Repair orders were submitted up on moving in but there were never answered. Crime is extremely high here, about two or three cars are broke in to or stolen weekly. I have recently found apartment employees going through tenants outdoor properly late at night. Beer cans are all over from time to time. The garbage is not always maintained in the cyclones as it should (heaps of garbage pile higher than the fence). The management will make sure you have the worst time moving out and unnecessary expenses are billed to you in a 'legal' way. I was told I would pay more rent before the current lease was ended. Parking is horrible at this place because they never provided enough to begin with. The office manager is not professional to deal with. I called them at one point and was put on hold, I walked to their office as I was on 'hold' and this Dawn Price was talking to her girlfriends about planning a night to go out.
