Don P is the worst excuse of a manager ever. She is on a power trip. She doesn't care about her renters or anyone. She only cares about herself. She is a poor excuse for a human being. She doesn't take care of this property at all. Garbage stinks here and is everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this place to rats.

Do you even live here? You said Don P. and then "she"? The maintenance staff move the trash collection area to a dirt lot located on the property the 23rd of April, so how does the trash stink? Do you live in the "dirt lot" Didn't get the memo? Management posted a notice for the "change of location" where you would receive your mail! IF YOU LIVE HERE!! Maybe you were visiting "Drug Haven"and seeing rats! The Maintenance Staff should not have to pick up after you!Please tell everyone that you moved out so its safe for them to move in! Did you pay your rent or did you get "MOVED-OUT"?

I know I posted this as a response to another review, but seriously....management needs to stop responding like they are tenants. The above response has management written all over it! It's sad that management thinks individuals do not see through their scam of trying so very hard to disprove the reviews past tenants have taken the time to write. If they would spend that time actually working to make there current tenants happy and make a few changes at the apartments...maybe they would have happy tenants writing positive reviews!

funny i lived there then and i check my mail. i never saw a notice. the trash "change of location" wasnt seen by anyone that i talked to that lived in ANY of the buildings there
