Dawn DOES not and WILL NOT Ever Care about her renters!!! She is a stuck up no-good heartless human being and she will do anything to screw you over, mess up your credit, and give you a horrible reference!!! The maintence men are lazy drug addicts who roll around in their golf carts doingggggg what' NOTHING!!!!! Its like dawn doesnt want ANYONE living on her "turf" and you must beg and suck up to her to not get kicked out! HORRID HORRID HORRID NASTYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW!! I bet you didn't pay your rent! How can one person "mess-up" your credit. It seems like you have other issues that you need to take care of! This is kindof a funny story, but I think I know who you are! Were you dressed in "scrubs" (working in the medical field?) and was outside the office yelling and had to have the police remove you? I live near the office and you were out of control! And then to post a comment like this! Please move! I had to explain to my children about your "horrible language". There are alot of "Great People" living here and we don't need problem renters here.

The above response has management written all over it! It's sad that management thinks individuals do not see through their scam of trying so very hard to disprove the reviews past tenants have taken the time to write. If they would spend that time actually working to make there current tenants happy and make a few changes at the apartments...maybe they would have happy tenants writing positive reviews!
