I was thnk about moving here until I spoke with a resident. Who told me I would be sorry if I rented here. Here's what he had to say: The place is disgusting. There is always trash and junk lying around. They let people get away with playing loud music all night long. The management will try to stick you with fees once you move out...whether they are appropriate or not. Document everything and keep a copy of the incoming inspection report.

Well put. I beleive these are some instances I didn't put with my review of the management. This place is controlled by a couple of witches who are being paid a McDonald's wage to rape the tenents for the owner's. If a person contacts the owner's head on with complaints; they will act as if they're offended by your contact and hang up on you. After that they will be cautious to answer they're phone for days.

After reading the reviews of this web site it seems the majority agree that it's not a great place to live.
