I moved in May of 2008. I was excited at first, with the spacious layout and a full sized washer and dryer. There were knobs missing on the pantry doors,and a burner that needed to be replaced, but i was assured that they would be fixed right away. 14 months and multiple work orders later, they still have not been repaired. I have tried to get my name off the lease, as my former roommates still live there, and I am having difficulty doing so. I have been told that the other on the lease must be with me to do this. While I am not able to force my former roommate to do this and that roommate is not cooperating, I have still been told that I have to wait for this to happen in order to get my name off of the lease. Since I have moved out there have been numerous noise complaints, people moving in and out, and even criminal and police activity! It is beyond me why the management is making it SO difficult to remove my name, especially since this is part of why I have decided to part ways with my former roommates! Before I moved, I also had invalid noise complaints and was told, "That sucks you should try being quieter." Its difficult to be any quieter WHEN I WAS ASLEEP!!! Also this winter, maintenance didnt keep up on snow removal, and several tenants were not even able to get their cars out of their parking spots! Mine was plowed in since my car wasnt there, and I had to find street parking, even though there are assigned parking spots! The management and maintenance are lazy and downright RUDE, and only create more headache! Stay away from ARA, or it will ruin your rental history, no matter how perfect a tenant you are!!!

OMG totally agree...They get so exccited to ruin rental history/credit rather than help their tenants! WOW DONT MOVE HERE..they are nice apartments, but not so nice staff,safety,maintenance,parking,.....ew!
