After living there for more than a year, I have found only a few things to be true:
You will get a parking sticker on your car even if it is YOUR spot and have a parking pass. They do not respect you or the law. Maintenance work is not done within the legal time permitted and sometimes they refuse to do it at all stating "It would be too much work and isnt worth the effort". The places are not clean when you move it and they refuse to give your deposit back when you move out. They "loose" paper work quite often. The staff are spiteful and do not help you. They will often try to overcharge you and do not let you see your lease. If you like calling lawyers, then this is the place for you!

I have lived here for a long time and not once have they lost a paper or not came and fixed my maintence request.When you first move in you sign a contract saying that it is a nonrefundable deposite.I have never been over charged on anything.But I guess i like to follow the rules:)
