First, the management team does not provide any communication that your lease is expiring soon. You're expected to know the dates. Second, if you're a tenant you have to make an appointment with management for anything, you can't just walk into their office.

In regards to the construction, my family moved into a BRAND NEW apartment. It was built that year an NO ONE had lived in our unit ever. There were scraps/gashes in the walls, holes in the closets, a crack above the dining room light, and bad weather striping at front door. Definitely not a job well done.

In addition, you can hear the conversations of your neighbors.

My advice: do not rent from them. Poor management and poor construction.
