We have lived here for 11 months, and are now leaving only because my husband graduated from Gonzaga with his JD/MBA and got a job in California. It has been the perfect place for us because it is only 2 miles away from campus, and we only had one car. We also have a baby, and it has never been too loud for him. We do hear the people above us occasionally, but it's going to be like that in any apartment. We heard it is much worse in Prairie Hills. The price is great, it includes cable. Oh, we are on the new side, so that probably helps. And Jackie, the manager has been great. The smell is hideous, but it doesn't happen that often and if you just go inside it passes pretty soon. But it is a great location! Right next to the river and if you run or walk or bike, you will love the location. Anyway, I am rambling. I just know that I relied on these reviews a lot when I was looking for an apartment, and appreciated people's feedback. So overall I would definitely recommend this place.
