great location, ok units

This is essentially 4-units, converted from offices to apartments/lofts. The owners screwed up by putting carpet instead of hardwood on the floors, and generally 'not getting' what a loft is e.g. covering up exposed beams, bad aesthetic choices.

The 2 small units are priced ok, the 2 large units are expensive. The location is great, walking distance to downtown, riverfront park, etc.
