First of all, the management is absolutely wonderful. Very, very professional and nice. They also don't tolerate any BS and take care of things quickly and efficiently. I wish all apartments complexes were run like this. The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are modern, upgraded, and very clean! There is no mold, insect problems or other gross problems. Parking is a little tight at night but you can park on the street close by and there is no heffing to your apartment. Also, there is very strict parking enforcement so you won't have visitors parking in the resident spots. Maintenence is great...they are ALWAYS emptying the dumpsters, and during the winter they were here at 6am clearing off mountains and mountains of snow off the complex streets. I thought the rates were a steal for the quality you get, but I'm from Seattle and used to higher rents, so you can decide. You can rent garages for cheap and storage units are even cheaper. My only complaint is that the floors and ceilings are paper thin. I was blessed with quiet neighbors, but even so I could actually hear their normal conversations in the bedroom and bathroom, could hear the closets opening and closing, etc. If you have loud neighbors, you're screwed. For the most part, there are professionals living here, but I've heard some inconsiderate people from time to time. But if you have a problem with excessive noise, talk to the people in the office and they will take care of it right away. There was this young guy who lived across the hall from us, always blaring his music and now all of a sudden I never hear him, so I'm guessing they took care of the problem. Oh yeah, there are trains running right by this place all the time, so you constantly hear the rumble and noise of the train. If you get an apartment in the back, it's not so bad. As to getting my deposit back, I'm probably not going to...we accidently broke a door and put a little hole in the wall, but I was upfront with management and they told me how much it was going to cost to fix it.
I would renew but I'm moving back to Seattle. This place is great, the pro's really beat the cons. I'm amazed at how many people in Spokane have never even heard of this place or even know were highway 195 is! The apartment complex looks like it's out in the middle of nowhere but it's 5 minutes to downtown.

Whoever wrote this review is probably part of the management, because it's all --------!!! These apartments SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK and I wouldn't wish living here on my worst enemy...the management is INCREDIBLY dishonest and they will do ANYTHING that it takes to make sure you don't get a dime of your deposit back, it doesn't matter how immaculate you leave your apartment. The parking situation is ridiculous, there is no regulating and good luck finding a spot if you don't decide to pay the huge extra fee of getting a garage...which won't fit anything but a compact clown car. the maintenance staff is full of dishonest criminals, DO NOT let them in your place without you being there...but this won't actually prevent anything if their minds are set on it, because they dont' hesitate to let themselves in if they know you're not there. This is the WORST place that I've ever lived!!!!!!

I am moving to Spokane this week and will not rent here just based on the reviews. It is either a 10 or a 1 and nothing in between. Not to mention this is the only review of apartments where the management staff is posting a response on each review. W E I R D ! ! ! Not everyone has to love it, but when the other half completely hate it, something is up!
