Never again will I judge a book by it's cover because this place would be awesome. However, underneath it is a money sucking leach. These ppl will ding you for every cent you own upon moving in and out. Many tenants have to pay "carpet replacement" fees of up to $2000. Lots of car break-ins. People who don't even rent out these units still come and use pool facility, tanning beds and saunas. Parking HAHA! Yeah good luck. Noisy smokers for neighbors and forget about maintenance men. Staff are the worst ppl ever, just tackless.
