I have lived at canyon bluff for two years now with my girlfriend for two years now. That should say it all but it is the best apartment experience that I have had. The Staff is very friendly and prompt. I have never waited more then a couple of hours for a call back. There is a manager on site that is available. We have only had one maintenance need in the time we have lived there, and the job was completed promptly and around our schedule. The grounds and the apartments are beautiful and very safe. My girlfriend and I work late and often walk at night and do not worry about it at all. The grounds are surrounded by trees and have a secluded feel. The other tenants are great and very friendly and seem to be mostly made up of young professionals. I have never had any complaints about my neighbors or noise. All in all that s it great place to live 5 minutes from Spokane and every amenity you could want. Pool, workout room, clubhouse ect, for a comparable price.
