First off when my husband and I looked at these places I was new to the area and they seemed so nice and friendly. WRONG! Once we got moved in things changed quickly. They were rude, and didnt answer service calls quickly at all! We were given a garage however the garage is a pain to get into because it is tiny as hell and not only that, our garage was broken into. When reported they said there was nothing they could do that they told us it was our responsiblity to keep out stuff safe. My husband lost over $1000 worth of tools and they would do nothing.
And the noise...wow. We hear everything from the lady upstairs and I do mean everything. When her boyfriend pees we hear it, when they are having sexual relations, yeah we hear that too. When her alarm goes off in the morning we get woke up too. The apartments are poorly put together. There are nails coming through our walls. I could go on and on about this horrible place, but I will leave it at DO NOT RENT THESE APARTMENTS, THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND EVEN THOUGH THE PRICE IS CHEAP, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!! ITS DEFINATLY NOT WORTH IT!
