We lived there for almost 4 years, when we moved out, we cleaned for hours, only to be told,"Would you want to move in to this apt. the way it is'" The manager, Burt, is very rude and has no people skills.
It doesn't matter how clean you leave the apt., she will always tell you that you don't get any of your deposit back, so don't bother cleaning!!
The people downstairs smoked and we could always smell it in our apt., it was horrible.

We've never left a place and not gotten our whole deposit back, but we didn't get any of it here. When we moved in, the place was filthy. The toilet seats were stained and the kitchen cabinets were covered in dirt and grime. When we left, it was spotless. Burt said, "this is the best cleaning job I've ever seen, but you still have to pay for us to have someone come in and sanitize everything. The managers are awful and they don't know how to take care of their tennants.
