Been living here six months. Honestly, bang for the buck its a great place. Fairly new, you get 902 ft^2 for <$600 a month and its a great value, and its not like it was built in the 70s, it looks nice too. Walls are not paper-thin, at least in my building.
Downsides: If you live on the ground floor there is a good chance you'll have ants in the summer. If you need to access your storage, GOOD LUCK! The manager is NOT there during stated office hours. 3-4 days of the week you will not be able to access your storage or get in touch with management.
