I lived in the Cedar Hollow apartments up the street and it was great while I was there, great maintence, grounds were always well kept - they even cleaned up the dog poop. Pool was clean. When I moved out they owed me a significant refund and it took an entire month for them to get back to my on it. I called and called and I couldn't get a return phone call, they couldn't answer questions about how the prerated rent was calculated, and they charged me for cleaning fee when I left that place spotless. I even had mangement come and check the place before I turned in the keys and they said it was perfect. Very frusterating. Also - they are VERY strick about being late on payments. The day after due date they put a note on every one's door charging an outrageous late fee. Even after a holiday! Also - bedrooms look right out onto the parking lot which is wierd, and when you are outside in the "park" area - like 400 people can see what you are doing from their apartments so no one really ever goes out there.
