I live in Cedar Hollow Apts (the sister property of this one). I like the apartments - they are clean and mostly quiet. The only complaint that I have is that I can never seem to get ahold of the office staff to have a problem fixed. I have called three different times with three different problems and I have never received a call back. The office doesn't seem to be staffed during their posted office hours. The one time I found someone in the office, she was on a personal call and didn't pay any attention to me. Not worth the $600 I pay each month.
The parking is enough for me (I only have one car) and it seems safe. I walk through the parking lot at around 9pm each night and I have never had a problem. The apartments are also in a great area - right across from a grocery store, movie rental place, and Starbucks. I just don't appreciate being ignored while paying so much money.
