I lived at this apartment for a total of 10 months. They are nice apartments, but don't expect to get a penny of your deposit back. Management is good about fixing things when they need to be fixed, but they are very picky about a lot of things. I once got a noise complaint because some people that I knew, were outside talking while they were smoking. All in all, I got three noise complaints, which in my opinion, only one was deserved.
When the end of my 9 month lease came, they required me to either sign another lease, or the rent went up $100 per month. When I finally moved out of this one bedroom apartment, they kept my $300 deposit, and charged me another $190 on top of that. They said it took 8 hours to clean this little apartment. I don't think so. My mother, brother, husband, and I all cleaned that place from top to bottom and the only real damage was on one wall where my recliner had hit a few times and there was a scratch.
To top it off, they charged me for mold that they found on the floor behind the water heater... really'' Mold is not my responsibility. I didn't put the water there! I should have sued them for damage to my lungs. And they had bugs. Pretty much, I would never live there again.
