We have lived in Center Court for 7 months now. Managment hasn't been helpful in making sure that work orders get taken care of in a timely fashion. We put in work orders right when moving in but they took a few months to take care of them and that was after we raised hell. We have been lucky to not have our apartment or car broken into like many of the other tenants. However the grounds keeper is always out making sure everything is clean and well taken care of.
