Not a quiet place to live

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Too close to a very busy road. Windows are 30 years old and let in all of the noise from outside streets. Difficult to get packages. Very hot in the summer and impossible to cool. Intercom system works 50% of the time. Elevators work 50% of the time. Close to GU, Downtown, Riverfront Park.
