I currently live in the La Casa Apt. and I've only been here a week and I am ready to move. This apartment employs a gorup of rude and irrisponsible team f people. The Leasing agent took three days to contact me after repeated calls regarding moving in which caused me to live in a house that was empty when I was already supposed to have moved out and then they made me pay an additional $200.00 for a deposit with absolutely no explanation. The pool that they advertise was closed in mid August and God knows how long before that. the weight room is no existant and the staff are almost impossible to reach. I moved into an apartment the leaked rain in to the master bed room all over the carpet and the base board heater. The airconditioner doesen't blow air. I turns on but that's it! The shower in the bathroom leaks watter all down the wall out of the fixture and I was told that I caused it by hanging a showe caddy. Who doesn't have a shower caddy. I've lived here for a week and I can't wait to move out. They said I had to hire a licenced contractor to fix the loose plumming 7 days after I moved in or they are going to charge me $150.00. This is crap and so is the company. I will never recommend this building to any one. Ster clear. the rent ws to good to be true and now I know why. Because they are out to charge you for fixing all of ther mess-ups!
