La casa apartments started out to be a good place to live. After almost two years of living at La casa I have to say it is crap. I have had non stop problems with the people next door for 3 months. I tried to contact management to get the problem resolved but they are not willing to do anything. They told me the only way they will do anything is if I get them arrested. I have called the police 6 times and given the management 3 written complaints with incident numbers and still nothing. I was told today that I was out of line for getting mad about this. I hope that management has to live someplace this bad someday. Maybe they would understand that some people work for a living and can?t be kept up tell 3:00 sometimes 4:00 in the morning. I hope this works out but after 3 months of trying I have very little hope. I would not recommend anyone move to the La casa apartments until the management is changed. I will be moving out as soon as I can. There are a lot of nice apartments in north Spokane. I took the time to read the post on this webpage from management. I do not feel that Rhonda Brown has a grasp on her position as manager. Good management would not allow this to continue. La casa is supposed to be a safe place to live. Allowing nonstop partying will not promote a safe place to live. I will continue to try and get this resolved but as I mentioned before there is little hope. As for the advertised amenities like the pool and exercise room the pool was closed most all summer and the exercise room has never been open. I wish you all luck finding a good place to live but in my opinion La casa apartments is not that place.
