I have lived here for many years I have seen people come and go in the office. But this one here and now is the worse one yet. They have been getting really bad. The outside looks great(I should say the buildings. the grass is DEAD) you can tell they are trying with that. But you look on the inside management and you wonder what are the owners thinking. Are they trying to have no people living there. I am a single women and I do not want the maintance men in my apartment. I have talked to the new manager and she says she could care less. I have heard that the head guy is her boyfriend and he is the one that is the worse and he looks like he is on drugs. I have asked to speak with the owners or someone above them and they have told me hey are the only ones to talk to "if you don't like it move out. There are more losers like you in this world who I can rent to." They come and go as they please without notice and they have kicked people out unlawfully. I am just waiting for my turn and I will get a lawyer. I wonder why the old managers left so quickly but having this new girl around I can see why they did not want to work with her.As soon as I can afford it I am gone I do not want to give my hard earned money going to some people who could care less about me. I pay good money to these people.

Fair housing laws restrict managers and other staff members in property managment from treating residents this way. They need to be shown that they cannot get away with treating people this way, especially not in this industry. Do your research on fair housing laws, if you want to go over the managers head, go to fair housing, they will start an investigation regarding the complaint, i gurantee it wont happen for much longer!!!!
