Everything is great about this complex (Even the maintenance guy is decent!) except the management staff. For one, hygiene is a problem. I can't believe the management company lets the head manager's appearance resemble a bum; unshaven, an 80s ponytail, scrubby clothes. But then again, his appearance matches his attitude towards tenants and his intelligence regarding managing a complex. This kind of display sends the wrong message about the kind of management company running this place.
