Wow I did not know what I got myself into. The apartment manager is not a very nice man. The man already pass judgement on me before I even rented the place. Matter of fact the whole staff is never friendly when you see them. From my personal expierence the whole staff never smiled or even acknowleged me when I am around. What needs to be done is a total revamp of the staff bringing in more helpful and friendlier ones. Living here is a total nightnmare because I feel I am being targeted as a bad person. I have been written up for noise complaints that i felt was not my fault. Other people made more noise than I did but never did they come down and write the person up. I felt like a child being talked down to and feel like the manager, MIKE, is trying to force me out without any clear reason as to why. Can be very noisy if you are a student. Also there is assigned parking where they put no where near where you live. This place has limited parking even though the carports are usually empty. When i moved in i asked the manager about trying to switch the assigned parking so i would be closer to my apartment he states "Its people like you who make my job more harder then its suppose to be...you're lucky I put you there." Wow is that anyway to treat your tenents. A simple "no" would be suffice. People like me, what is meant by that' That is just plain rude in my opinion. There can be nothing on the balcony if you live on the second or top floor. $5 for each nail or hole in the walls which will be taken from your deposite and if there is non left it will be billed to you. Home is a place you can go to and feel safe and at peace but I don't feel like that here. I sometimes don't even want to go home beacause of the overall environment because they don't care about their tenents. I've seen and talked to people as soon as their contract end they move out right away to another place instead of extending their lease. I know there are more people out there who feel the same way that I do but are afraid to speak up so I will. Overall bad expierence will not ever rent from them again or even reccoment them to anyone who is looking for a place in Spokane, Washington.

Thanks for the review. Was seriously considering moving into this place. Not now. I have a hunch that a few reviews might of been written by management.

Look at how old this post is people! It is 2009 and I live here now. I believe they have gotten new staff because they have always been very kind to me. They always smile and greet me when I walk in even though I am obviously very young. I am only 19 years old so you would think if anyone would be judged it would be me, but they have not treated me that way. They treat me like anybody else. Also there is plenty of parking space. It is easy enough to park near your apartment. However, I did not get an assigned parking spot because my apartment did not come with it. The apartments look crappy on the inside but they were made in the 70's so give them a break. They really tried to make it look nice with new paint and everything. Please consider this post before you say no to Lincoln Village. The community here is also very nice and safe. The people are also quite friendly and polite. Oh, and I also have a lot of garden plants on my balcony and Mike has not said anything about it. They have been there all summer.
