i have lived here 3 years and i love it. when i put in a work order they do it that day or the next. The grounds keepers keep they place amazing and the maintenace in the apartments are way better then other ones i have seen my have at different complexes. I COMPLETELY DISAGREE WITH THE OTHER RATINGS. the managers are always waving hi when i pull on the the complex. some poeple may think mikes a bad guy if you are breaking the rules. Then yes you will think that. If i have my way i will die here

We all have our own views of things. Until you expierence what i went through then you would know. I have lived in other places better then this and never had a single problem except for this place. I thought this is a place to review apartment that you no longer live in. I guess not. I guess you have time to actually google apartment ratings or something or maybe you work at the apartment who knows. When i lived there i never thought about leaving a review or even googling it. you must have alot of free time as well. I'm glad that you are having a good ole time there.

Okay, to whoever posted that last comment, I live in these apartments as well. I happen to be moving to Texas, but how do you know that the person that posted this isn't helping their friend look things up and got curious to see if Lincoln Village wasn't in here? You really need to be less judgmental. I love these apartments too. I have no problems with Mike, he's been more than friendly, waves hi and everything. My only problem with this apartment is the new management. If not for them I would hate to leave, but they are raising the rent (my studio is going up to $425-ish I think and it's not only the people whose leases are up, even those people who are still in a lease signed at a certain rent, as of September 1, 2009 your rent is going up, ou should all get notices within a couple weeks) and trying to get all of the old managers and maintenance to quit (that's why there are only 2 of them running around anymore). They're changing the apartment rules already, rules that have worked for who-knows-how-long. Make has been doing this for a long time and now he's just maintenance. In my opinion, what was a good thing is going downhill fast. Why spend our rent money on flowers where there is a light on the south side of the pool that has been needing to be changed for over a month now? The one good experience I've had with the new management was when one of the dryers broke, I told them and they took care of it quickly. As far as bugs go, that's what happens when you live on a ground floor. I'm sure if I saw how many you have I wouldn't think it's that many. I've lived in a place that was completely infested with ants before. So a few bugs wont bother me, if they bother you, move to a higher level. Again, with the appliances, there are apartments with newer ones in them, you happened to get one without, and I'm sorry for that, but we all make our own choices, no one forced you to take the apartment. I don't know what else to tell you. But I like these apartments, just not new management.
