On the outside Lincoln Village is beautiful and very nature. The maintenance always running around making sure the place is maintained. The inside of the apartment suck though. Very small and a bad layout. Some of the other apt is updated with new carpet and kitchen appliance but not me nothing is updated. the carpet is old, brown & dirty. also the kitchen is old and not enough storage. I love the fireplace but it takeover the living room and its hard to put the TV in front of the couch. i wish Mike (manger) can go around the apt and update NEW FRIDGE (cause is always leaking water) NEW CARPET (cause its Old, Brown and dirty) BALCONY (rusty it need to be repainted PLEASE) All and all The place is fun (swimming pool, hot tube, pool table & etc) FYI MIKE is always watching you... you may not see him, but he see you.. so don't go breaking the rules he know what apt your in and what you drive... Oh ya don't forget 5 mile an hour..THERE ANTS(BUGS) EVERYWHERE. EVEN IN YOUR APT(BOTTOM FLOOR) No matter how many time the maintenance come by to spray it with ante remover it will always come back. there also in you bedroom and even the bathroom..no matter how clean your house is they are everywhere and I'm a clean freak.
