Booked the apartment over the phone based on on-line pics. Not even close to the pics! Site stated w/d in unit: not so. Appliances were the old mustard yellow, the dishwasher sounded like a jet taking off and the stove heated the counter and cupboard up to the point of burning my arm when I was getting something out of the cupboard. Manager wouldn't do anything, even though permission to enter was on the work order, so after 2 weeks, called the management company and stove was replaced immediately. Carpeter got lazy and left the shag carpet only in the closet in the 2nd bedroom. Maintenance was not kept up, the quality of people coming and going was questionable at best. Not enough parking: have to pay for carport and people kept taking the empty garages and not paying. Huge meth bust in one of the apartments, drunks out at all times, bums bathing in the pool, people screaming obscenities at all hours, loose dogs (mainly pitbulls), can't even take the garbage out at night. ONly small dogs allowed, but pitbulls and full-sized labs and retrievers were there anyhow.

This sounds pretty truthful. It's a real ghetto with a lot of Section 8 trash people. Lots of pit bulls, and the management would not do anything about it. I will never live close to Section 8 again.
