I really enjoy living here, it has everything I was looking for and the location is great. Management are always curtious and any problem is fixed ASAP. Good community and they are pet friendly which was a big plus for us. Rent is reasonably priced, my only real complaint is that the bathroom is a bit small.

I think people don't realize how many other places will accept dogs. That have lower deposit and usually it is refundable. Not here, if you have animals it is 300 for the first pet and an additional 100 per the manager. All of which is non-refundable. I would advise renting from here my experience has been that they don't care about the resisdents and only care about the money they are making.
