Where to start...First of all the apartments are old and not all units are updated. The outside shows it age and needs new paint. There are not enough carport spots per units, so you know what that means...someone isn't getting a carport. Not to mention a carport is extra in the monthly rent. There isn't good insulation, I can hear my neighbors phone ring. The grounds are somewhat ok, bushes aren't trimmed. I don't feel very safe, since I have been here there have been several car break-ins. The club house was broken into and the t.v. was stolen. There are no security camera's on the premise. There is only one person who does the maintenance, and is over loaded with work. He is nice and seems to always be prompt in fixing things. This is the one area that satisfies me. The staff is young and inexperienced. The manager use to live in the apartment complex and is connected the "click" group that seems to dominiate this community. The manager doesn't have credibility with me because I have been lied too by the manager. I have found out that if you are not in this "click" group, then they will do whatever it takes to get rid of you. I have been cussed at by another tennet for being a resident here. They are pet friendly, however I have seen where other places don't require a huge pet deposit on top of the regular deposit. Which all of this is non-refundable. Don't waster your time or your money on this apartment, there are so many others that are just as much or cheaper and probably a better experience. My lease is ending soon and I will be moving!

I have moved and I can honestly say my life has been less stressful. I don't get harrased by the management. I son can go outside and play without being cursed at. My son doesn't have to be quiet while swimming in the pool. I no longer have to police knocking on my door asking me if I am beating my child. Oh yeah and that happens around ten at night. Hope no one looking at this apartment wants to sleep. Oh yeah, one more thing; when I moved out and did my final inspection. I learned that the manager has no problem going back and adding things that you had already discussed with her that was ok. So don't accept your deposit back no matter how much you clean. By the way, the manager added things that were missing that were actually there. I just want to save people the troubles that I have endured. I also know I am not the only one who has had a problem. Just be careful!
