I've lived here for about two years now. I've stayed this long because it's "home", moving is a pain and expensive, but also because I don't have any major issues here. Parking is a little hard to find, unless you do pay the extra money for a carport, which I pay $5. It's not right infront of my apartment though, so I have to walk about 15 spaces down, and up three flights of stairs with Groceries, not so fun. The pool is nice, and very clean. They;ve gotten new Management in the past two years, but the new ones are really trying to bring this place together as a community by planning activities, such as a community yard sale. There's also a full size W/D in unit, which is SO nice to have. I'm having a hard time finding anything else with that included with this price range closer to work.
Over all, this is a nice place, great location, and never have had any problems!

ya activities that never happen !! yard sale never happened washer and dryer unit size of a litteraly 2 by 4 storage unit!

I have never had to pay for parking...a carport space usually comes with the apartment. Not here though, that should be a first warning that all they want is your money and thats it. People stare at you and swear at the pool. I hope you don't mind being watch because if you do one thing wrong "little spies" have no problem calling the manager. Not to mention the pool is poorly taken care of, the year before it opened late and was constantly closed because of neglect to care for it. The manager is incredible inexperienced and favors certain residents. So my advice is to get in the click or you will have problems. There are tons of places that are cheaper, just as nice, and you don't have people spying on you. This person must be on drugs because everyone I have talked to says they are constantly uping the rent, the management is unfair, vehicles get broken into. They have a playground, however it is falling apart litterally. So if you are old and have no kids, then this is the place for you.
