Nice grounds, when they water and pick up the litter. Good rates. Washer dryer. Quiet generally but the landlords aren't quick to enforce rules.

Good location. Landlords are replaced every six months. Just when they figure out what they are doing, they replace them. This isn't good.

Pool is too small and filled with screaming kids. Workout room has old equiptment. I wouldn't use it if I were you. Carpets are patched. You can hear the toilets flush and there really isn't any noise insulation between floors (but good noise insulation for apartments right next to yours).

This place has potential if they only let good renters in and would work faster to get the bad ones out. We've had strippers and partiers live here in the past. Garbage piles up near the dumpsters.

Now they have a new rental company and it is supposed to get better. One can hope. If they had better landlords this place would be a pretty good spot. Close to all kinds of stores and the mall.
