Managers change every few months. Several have been rude and bitchy.

Loud parties, rumbles in parking lots, cops, arrests, strippers, one resident damaged a car by throwing his couch out when he left. He had to leave because of domestic violence. A lot of domestic violence. Managers will do little if anything to stop this. It is quiet now, with the "manager of the moment" but still not worth living here.

At least one car theft and several accidents in parking lot by clueless or intoxicated renters.

A lot of landscaping around OFFICE but the rest of the grounds are a mess. They don't water some areas in the summer and grass turns brown. Pets poop all over.

Huge mold problem. Air leaks in during subzero winters, creating higher electric bill. FLOODS occur.

Mailboxes broken and water leaks in to ruin mail. Told managers - they will not do anything about it. Basically, managers will not do anything but sit around the office all day.

Patches in carpeting. Stove does not bake right. Fridge makes weird noises and either freezes or warms your food.

You hear everything - people walking, toilets flushing, showers, etc.

DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE A SUCKER!
