never had to wait for anything ask and you will get,
As in life you cannot please everybody, we have in fact reffered quite a few people, and they also live here!

You HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING with this nonsense. Ok here we go; First several carports have collapsed on vehicles in our complex in the past week. Sure it's bad weather and all but they let the snow build up for a week without any attention to it. Which allowed them to collapse. That's the apartment managers negligence. Then it continued as other collapsed as they only cleared a small portion from the carports, following several days of no action. I am certain lawsuits and possibly class action suits are forthcoming. Now as for asking for something and getting it. How about this to open your eyes. My dishwasher was nto working properly and by the way still doesn't. The maintenance told me you have to completely wash your dishes then put them in as the dishwasher is nto a dishwasher it's a "dish sanitizer". Well sure since it is literally 14 years old and gets no maintenance, of course. Same for fridge that leaks and turns off intermittently. Thus melting your frozen goods and general mayhem of your other goods. Which has been replaced by same old, again 14 years old, model that has EXACT same problem. Now if you referred someone here, I pitty your relationship with them after them living here in these overpriced, incompetently staffed, old crappy appliance place. I see you marked parking as 5 stars. So when Tim, the most horrible manager I have ever encountered, had someone wrongly towed then he was sued because he was wrong and he lost and had to pay all the money for the towing plus court costs back to the tenants guest. One tenant told me about how she was talking to Tim, the crappy manager, about housing and he interrupted her to tell her "She talks to much and he doesn't care about her issue", she felt so intimidated she cries int he office as he berates her. Apparently told the victims of the carport disasters he didn't care about their problems and went on vacation, nice Tim, real nice..JERK. Now when they did get the snow off the carports they simply removed to in front of your car, so you had to go out and dig yourself out. How rude is that. They solve one problem by creating another. How are elderly people supposed to shovel all the snow that they put there? Why didn't they clean up after themselves? Because Tim is a JERK and doesn't care about you. Well he does if you haven't rented yet but after you sign, watch out! I could go on and on and on and well on. But you know i think you get the idea. As long as Tim is manager don't EVER rent here, EVER!
