They were one of the apartment complexes that let record snowfall sit on carport roofs (until they finally started collapsing) despite warnings from residents and personal observation that several were prepared to collapse, the first collapsed on Christmas morning after which they hurried to cover their a$$3$ by clearing the remaining 140 carports within one day (hmm, maybe you should have tried that any one of the seven days BEFORE the collapse). FYI, when their slums begin to fall apart on you they will be more than happy to deny any responsibility or liability for themselves even when they have the time, the means, and the responsibility to fix things.
Our apartment consistently grew mold along the entire wall on which the slide door was located, the dumpsters were constantly overflowing with people piling their garbage on the ground outside the dumpsters, and the grounds seemed to always be covered in dead birds (full-grown) it was disgusting. When we ran in to the manager outside of the apartment complex he told us we were his "favorite kind of tenants the kind that never said anything." I understand, that would sure be a shame if he actually had to do his job. Any repairs that you request will be made at the last possible moment before legal avenues become an option (if they are fixed at all). Their goal seems to be to collect as much rent as possible while do as little as possible. The other reviewers are right in saying that the property manager is better suited to sell used cars or scam the elderly out of the social security and vital organs.
Do not live here, you will regret it.

You are SO right! Living here has been a great learning opportunity. I will never again trust an apartment manager, rent an apartment without talking to other tenants, or get into a lease with HSC/Riverstone because they hired and kept this idiot. I encourage others to post reviews.
