The manager has caused tenants and staff to leave. He is a liar and HSC/Riverstone knows it but has decided to keep him and lose great tenants. Old appliances, thin walls, thin ceilings/floors, loose "new" carpet, and customer service that ends when they cash your first check. Please check with existing tenants before renting here. The sanity you save will be your own. Oh, and the only positive reviews were ones Tim had someone write. Nobody who lives here would ever write such BS.
