I'm sitting here with a bill for 437.72 after my move out inspection. I anticipated that I would have some costs over my deposit because I did not clean my oven or carpets and one door was removed due to damage in a bedroom. However, the manager, Tim went down the move out inspection list and simply wrote 'dirty' on every single item. Since I spent hours cleaning after move out this is a big shock. I believe this is a personal attack on me because I dared to stand up to him when he mistreated my teenage son. I believe this is a way to pay me back after I elected to move out instead of put up with more abuse from him. Do not rent at The Oakwood Club if this man is still managing it. I'm lodging a formal complaint against him but I don't have a lot of faith that my voice will be heard. I hope to save other consumers from this very horrible experience.

You can file a formal complaint all you want. It won't get heard. Trust me. Many have tried, but it seems to fall on deaf ears. This place sucks. Tim is a prick and needs to get fired!!

I used to live there, once Tim recruited me to work for him in the office...I took the job and worked with him for 14 terrible months. I have heard every bad complaint imaginable again this man. Every resident, potential resident and vendor who have ever come into contact with Tim Campbell hates him with a passion. I have taken every complaint of all residents (including my own from being an emplyoee of his) to Tim's boss, and HIS boss as well. They did nothing. I would really love to see him gone from that place, even though I have left as well as the Dan...who left 2 weeks after I did because he could not stand the fact this company is absolutly terrible. All of you, keep trying and good luck, someone is bound to listen someday. -Ex Leasing Consultant the over the past year (for those of you who know me, I miss you all : ))

I appreciate the feedback from the former leasing consultant. I did try to get something to happen through HSC but they only listened to Tim. Of course he's thier man, and hey ~ he just got their apartment turned over with extra cash for their pockets so really, why would they actually be helpful to the consumer. Evidently this would be a civil matter to pursue legally, but I have no more energy to waste on these people. If I ever have to deal with a poor reference issue (which I have only good one's from all my previous land lords) I can show them all this information and the lack of response from HSC to the BBB complaint I filed. It's still crazy to me that Tim gets away with this when so very many poeple have submitted complaints.
