when we where calling around trying to find a place in short notice she was the only one to really step up and help us get into here. The maintance guy rushed to get the place ready for us to move in with new floors paint and carpet, lights are all new and the bathroom was cleaned up.

Coming from a place that didn't have assigned parking it's really nice to not show up and have all the spaces filled up by people who don't live in the apartment.

They allow pets which is really nice too the pet deposit is quite high but it is everywhere. Up to two of them.

The rents really good for the quality of apartment we've got.
