well i have lived here for just about 2 years and i miss our old manger trudy, she was on top of everything, well the new lady dose nothing i talked to her a week before our frist big storm told her my slider door and my bed room window had ice on the in side of them and they needed tto be fixed and asked to come and look, she said no and that she would get adam, the handyman to fix it. well about 3 or 4 days went by and no call no show, so i called her once again and got the same story. well this is 3 weeks later from the 2nd time i have talked to her my husbend has talked to her about 3 times sence then. now today i have 3 pot yes cooking pots under my slider catch the melting water and the leek it has made and trying to keep my carpet from getting damnaged.

i have a 14 month old son and cat that play right there and i now have to try to keep them away from there. so she told my husbond that she will take off $100.00 in rent next month.

i wrote this review , now a am at what they called the townhouses and i am having the same problems again but this time in my up stairs bathroom , it is just a nightmaier , my bathroom smell of mold and my bath toub had black mold under the tile , i am at the point of calling the heath inspecter on houseing , the company who own this place dose not care , i have no screans on any of the whindows , my sons bedroom windo has mold growning on it all the windows leak , you can see the light in the crats through the front door , my husbend and i are planning on moving as soon as we can, and yes the manger is never there anymore , i guess the only thing i can say is the mantice guy works with what they give him , and dose the best he can,
