Unreasonable Move Out Fees

After living here for 1.5 years we moved into a house with a yard.
When we got out move out report, they had charged us $880.00 for replacing the carpet.
The carpet did not need to be replaced. There were no stains, and the only damage was a small patch at the top of the stairs. Brie (manager) said they would replace just the area at the top of the stairs and that would be it. We were astounded when we got the fee for $880.00 - that is the cost for replacement of the entire apartment - that was not necessary.
Also, this past winter, when we got several FEET of snow in a single storm, it took them more then a week to get it plowed. The complex next door was plowed 4 times during that week. The manager just didn't care. We had to threaten to do a "Repair and Deduct" before they would plow the lot.
Renter beware, do not rent from Pineview or ANY HSC Real Estate property. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

There was pet urine from cat throughout the apartment. Colormaster went through it with a black light to show me the specific spots
