These apartments are not only distasteful in appearance with bad paint chipping, dirty grounds, but it is noisy, children running around everywhere. The management is disgraceful and they are more interested in their friends and partying than their own tenants. Not to mention that you pay 500 for a mediocre 2br 1bath. Id definatly pass if I were you.
