Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
As of 2004 the mangmt staff has changed I have lived here for 2 years now and feel very safe . The outside looks a bit run down but i have been told that the apartments are going through an outside renovation. The inside of the apartments look great and it is quiet for the occational normal apartment noise the people here are friendly and are willing to lend a hand when needed . I plan to live here untill I move out of spokane thanks to the pineridge staff for there constant attention to detail and there friendly service. apartment #8
