Those people are nuts. They expect your apartment to be brand new when you move out. Read the lease VERY CAREFULLY, there is even a clause about light bulbs and smoke detector batteries. They even charge you for tightning up door knobs and cabinet hinges. No computers in the office, eveything is done manually with human error present in everything. Stay away.
