To start with, there is no parking. Not a good place if you actually have more than 1 vehicle. Next, the carpet cleans up good but it is very cheap and wear shows badly which they charge you for at the end of your lease. And there is carpet in the kitchen, what stupid person made that decision and they charge you for staining when you move out. The heat is slow to respone and whats with the A/C, an almost new apartment and theres a whole in the exterior wall with an a/c units sticking through it, how dumb is that. I am from Florida and I have never seen anything that stupid especially on relatively new construction. Speaking of construction, everything is cheap. The fixtures are crap, the woodwork is not real wood, the doors are moble home doors that have gaps under them, their was no privacy in the bedroom from my roommate, the hot water heater was in my cloth closet and would keep me up at night because it made noise when heating. The office staff borders on rude and seem to come from the same gen pool or something, I am glad I didn't have to deal with them directly much. The "fitness facility" is a joke and heven forbid you want to use the TV room, it's like watching with your mom. I was very disappointed with my stay there. I hated to leave my roommate but that place sucked. He said they charged him for all kinds of stuff when he left and he was glad to get out of there too. I know apartment communities have a lot to deal with but this place is by no means worth dealing with. I am sorry I ever moved in there and anyone that asks me about it all I can tell them is that it looks pretty but don't live there.
